What exactly is mediation and how does it work?
Conflict arises from differences in opinions, perspectives, and values, often exacerbated by limited or poor communication, which can lead to misunderstandings. These misunderstandings can, unfortunately, escalate into extreme behaviours and disputes. We offer mediation services to help resolve your dispute before it escalates.
Our local Calgary mediator volunteers provide an opportunity to clarify misunderstandings, prevent and deescalate conflicts, and offer a safe space to share frustrations and encourage open communication.
